Averde AI is a solo consultancy run by Mark Bloomfield, based in Boulder, Colorado, working with clients nationwide. This page explains what information I collect through averde.ai, why, and what I do with it. If anything here is unclear, email mark@averde.ai and I'll answer plainly.

What I collect

Information you give me. When you run the free AI Readiness Audit, send a message through the contact form, or request a download, you share your email address, your website URL, and any details you type into the form.
Basic usage data. If analytics is enabled, I collect aggregate, non-identifying information about how pages are used (which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from). I use this to understand what's useful, not to track individuals.

How I use it

To run your audit and send you the report.
To reply to your message or follow up about working together.
To send you something you specifically asked for (like a download).
To improve the site and the services I offer.

I don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who I share it with

I use a small set of trusted services to run the site. Your information passes through them only so they can do their job:

Supabase — stores audit and form submissions.
Resend — sends the emails I reply with.
Vercel — hosts the site.
Google Analytics — aggregate usage measurement, if enabled (uses cookies).

Cookies

The site itself doesn't need cookies to work. If analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may set cookies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you what I have, correct it, or delete it. Email mark@averde.ai and I'll take care of it. You can also unsubscribe from any email I send at any time.

Data retention

I keep audit and inquiry records only as long as they're useful for following up or doing the work, then I remove them. If you ask me to delete your information sooner, I will.

Changes

If I change how I handle data, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
