I spent years doing serious technical work — composites research engineering, manufacturing production management, sustainability consulting. I learned how to think about complex systems, how to separate what's real from what sounds good, and how to explain both to non-technical people.

When the AI wave hit, I saw two things at once: a lot of hype aimed at enterprises, and a massive gap for small businesses. The tools and use cases were real, but nobody was translating any of it for small business owners — so I started doing that work, and the AI-Ready Website became the most useful place to begin for most of the businesses I talk to.

Every engagement is with me directly — no junior consultants, no offshore delivery teams. I scope it, build it, and support it, and if it doesn't fit your business, I'll tell you that too.
